Blue Mesa Reservoir is not far from our cabin, as are many high country lakes.
Crazy Horse Ranch makes an excellent, secluded base of operations for exploring the surrounding area, including Blue Mesa Reservoir and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison River. Pontoon and fishing boat rentals are available at the marina on the reservoir, and rafting trips are available through the Black Canyon.
